• Use the App for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App’s services
• Misuse translation or communication features in violation of third-party rights

Some features of the App may require login through a third-party platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

AIT Omni Key may integrate with third-party services such as TikTok login.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party platforms. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

All content, features, and functionality of AIT Omni Key are owned by AITOK or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

AIT Omni Key is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete accuracy of translation results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITOK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
