How to Delete Your AITok Account
For security reasons, AITok does not support account deletion via websites or email. Account deletion requests must be submitted within the AITok app while logged in.
1. Open the AITok app and sign in to your account
2. Tap “Me” in the bottom navigation menu
3. Select “About”
4. Open “Account Security”
5. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”
6. Follow the in-app instructions to confirm the deletion request
Only the account owner who is logged in can submit an account deletion request. This measure helps prevent unauthorized or accidental deletions.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Once the account deletion process is completed, the following data will be deleted or anonymized:
· AITok account identifiers
· Third-party authentication bindings (such as Google, Apple, and TikTok)
· Application-related user data associated with the account
Data Retention
Certain data may be retained for a limited period if required for legal, compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes.
· System logs or transaction-related records
· Maximum retention period: up to 90 days
After the retention period expires, the remaining data will be securely deleted or permanently anonymized.
