What started as an AI-powered language and interaction product is now evolving into a broader ecosystem built around AI Agents, AI compute, AIHub, and Physical AI devices.
From Web3 Language Gateway to Physical AI: AiTok at TON Builders Day HK
On September 28, 2024, AiTok participated in TON Builders Day Hong Kong, joining builders, founders, developers, and ecosystem partners from across the TON and Web3 community.
For AiTok, this event was more than a public appearance. It was an important moment to share one of our earliest core beliefs:
The next generation of AI and Web3 products must make global interaction easier, faster, and more accessible.
Web3 is global by nature. Communities are distributed across countries, languages, time zones, and cultures. But for many users, one of the biggest barriers to entering Web3 is still very human: language.
At TON Builders Day HK, AiTok presented the concept of a Web3 Language Interact Gateway, focused on helping users communicate, understand, and participate across languages through AI-powered interaction.
Our message was simple:
Breaking language barriers is not only a feature. It is infrastructure for global adoption.

Why Language Matters in Web3
Web3 communities move fast. A single project may have users in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Latin America at the same time. Announcements, AMAs, community discussions, trading signals, governance updates, and product launches often happen in multiple languages.
But most users do not experience Web3 as a smooth global network. They experience it through friction:
They miss important updates because they cannot read the language quickly enough.
They hesitate to join global communities because real-time communication feels difficult.
They rely on fragmented translation tools that are not built for live, community-based, AI-native interaction.
They want to participate, but the interface between language, context, and action is still too slow.
AiTok was created to reduce this distance.
At the event, we introduced AiTok’s early direction around AI language interaction, including real-time translation, voice input, and multilingual communication scenarios designed for Web3 communities.
The goal was not just to translate words. The goal was to help users enter conversations, communities, and opportunities more naturally.
AiTok’s Early Vision: A Smarter Gateway for Global Users
During TON Builders Day HK, AiTok showcased the idea of a smart voice and AI interaction layer for Web3 users.
This early concept reflected several principles that continue to shape AiTok today:
AI should be instant.
Users should not need to open multiple tools, copy text, switch apps, or manually search for context. AI should be close to the moment of need.
AI should understand real usage scenarios.
Translation is not only about language. It is about meetings, communities, transactions, product discovery, customer support, and cross-border collaboration.
AI should connect software with physical interaction.
The future of AI will not stay inside chat boxes. Users will interact with AI through apps, devices, wearables, voice, gestures, and context-aware physical products.
AI infrastructure should be verifiable and scalable.
As AI usage grows, compute, data, identity, and access will become core layers of the ecosystem.
At the time, AiTok described part of this direction through the lens of Web3 and DePIN. Today, we are expanding that foundation into a more complete vision: a data-ecosystem-driven Physical AI company.
From AI App to AI Compute Platform
AiTok is now evolving beyond a single AI application.
We are building an AI compute platform designed around users, agents, compute access, and future Physical AI products.
The AiTok App is becoming the main entry point into this ecosystem. Inside AiTok, users will be able to access AI-powered tools and services such as:
Real-time AI translation
Video translation
AI meeting notes
AI assistant and AI Agent interaction
AI pet and companion-style interaction
AI compute access
AIHub for limited Physical AI product releases
These functions are connected by one larger direction:
AiTok is built for compute. AiTok is built for the moment users enter AI.
As AI becomes part of daily work, communication, and personal life, compute will become more than a backend resource. It will become a user-facing asset, a product layer, and eventually a new kind of digital utility.
This is why AiTok’s ecosystem includes AI compute and the future Rich.X compute bank concept, designed around compute Token usage, access, and ecosystem circulation.
We are approaching this carefully and progressively, with product experience, compliance, and user trust as priorities.

AIHub: The Launchpad for Physical AI Products
Another major part of AiTok’s updated direction is AIHub.
AIHub is designed as the product release interface for AiTok’s Physical AI Matrix. It will support limited product launches, public sales, activation-code access, and whitelist-based releases.
This allows AiTok to connect software users with physical AI products in a controlled, high-demand launch model.
Instead of treating hardware as a separate business, AiTok treats Physical AI products as part of the same ecosystem:
Users enter through the app.
Users build habits through AI Agents and AI compute.
Users discover new Physical AI products through AIHub.
Users connect those products back to the AiTok ecosystem.
This creates a loop between software, compute, data, devices, and user behavior.

Echo I: The First Signal of AiTok’s Physical AI Matrix
AiTok’s first flagship Physical AI product is Echo I.
Echo I is designed as a compact, coin-sized AI device that can attach magnetically to the back of a user’s mobile device. With one click, users can activate AI Agent assistance in real-world scenarios.
Echo I represents a new interface philosophy:
AI should not wait inside an app.
AI should be available at the exact moment the user needs it.
Whether the user is communicating across languages, recording a meeting, capturing context, interacting with a community, or requesting instant AI help, Echo I is designed to make AI interaction faster and more physical.
For AiTok, Echo I is not the final destination. It is the first signal.
More Physical AI products are planned as part of the AiTok Matrix, with future devices remaining in development and under limited-release planning.

Why TON Builders Day HK Was an Important Milestone
Looking back, TON Builders Day HK was an important milestone in AiTok’s journey.
It gave us a stage to present our early belief that language, AI, and Web3 interaction must become more accessible. It also allowed us to meet builders who are working on different layers of the decentralized ecosystem, from infrastructure to consumer applications.
The event reflected the energy of a fast-growing builder community: open, experimental, global, and product-driven.
AiTok was honored to participate alongside other projects and ecosystem contributors, and we appreciate TON Society HK and the broader community for creating a space where early ideas could be shared, tested, and discussed.
That moment helped clarify something important for us:
The future of AiTok would not be limited to translation.
Translation was the starting point.
The deeper mission is to build the interface layer that helps users enter AI instantly.
What Comes Next
AiTok is currently updating its product direction and ecosystem structure.
The next stage of AiTok will focus on three connected layers:
AI Application Layer
AI Agents, translation, meeting notes, assistant interaction, and user-facing AI tools.
AI Compute Layer
Compute access, Token-based usage, Rich.X compute bank concepts, and compute-driven ecosystem design.
Physical AI Layer
Echo I, AIHub, limited product releases, and the broader Physical AI Matrix.
Together, these layers form AiTok’s long-term direction as a data-ecosystem-driven Physical AI company.
Our vision remains clear:
Built for compute.
Built for the moment users enter AI.
TON Builders Day HK was one of the early public moments in this journey.
Now, AiTok is moving into its next chapter.
More updates are coming soon.
